If you really want to loose weight, and have a healthier body, boxing is sure a great way to exercise. But before pursuing it, you better consider purchasing a pair of rubber shoes and boxing gloves (and your own punching bag) should you plan to do it at home. A friend of mine tried to go to a boxing gym for some rounds, mainly for curiosity and end up renting a pair of gloves there which really stinks, hehehe! So better be mindful about those and try to get your own pair before you do some punches at the gym.

For me, my work out routines were getting pretty stale and mixing some boxing in gave the little bit of spice I needed to keep dedicated to my work out schedule
